Notes on Rates

• Prices are per villa per week.
 
• 40% discount is granted for a 2 guests / villa occupation (July - August and winter period excepted)
 
• Long winter lets on request.
 
• Car Hire arranged on request.
 
• 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 days.
• Full payment to be made 40 days prior to arrival.
• Failure to send balance may jeopardize your booking.
